Our standard commission rate for all providers. This covers:

Example: For a $100 experience, you receive $85 and we retain $15.

Volume Discount

12-14%

Reduced rates for high-volume providers. Available when you reach:

  • 100+ bookings per year: 14% commission
  • 250+ bookings per year: 13% commission
  • 500+ bookings per year: 12% commission

Example: At 500+ bookings, for a $100 experience, you receive $88 and we retain $12.

All commissions include payment processing fees. There are no hidden charges or additional fees.

How long does it take to get approved as a provider?

The typical approval process takes 1-2 weeks from submission to approval. This includes the initial application review (2-3 business days) , verification call, document submission and review, and profile setup. We strive to make the process as efficient as possible while ensuring all providers meet our quality standards.

When and how do I receive payments?

Payments are processed 24 hours after each experience is completed. This holding period ensures that the experience has been delivered as promised. Once released, funds are transferred to your designated payment method (bank account, PayPal, etc.) within 1-3 business days, depending on your financial institution.

You can track all your earnings and payment status in your provider dashboard.

What happens if a traveler cancels a booking?

Our cancellation policy protects both travelers and providers. You can choose from three cancellation policy options for your experiences:

  • Flexible: Full refund if canceled 24 hours before the experience
  • Moderate: Full refund if canceled 3 days before, 50% refund if canceled 24 hours before
  • Strict: Full refund if canceled 7 days before, 50% refund if canceled 3 days before, no refund within 24 hours

For last-minute cancellations due to emergencies or severe weather, our support team will work with both parties to find a fair resolution.

Can I offer multiple types of experiences?

Yes, you can offer as many different experiences as you'd like under your provider profile. Many successful providers offer a variety of experiences to attract different types of travelers. For example, a culinary provider might offer cooking classes, food tours, and market visits.

Each experience will have its own listing with unique details, pricing, and availability settings.

What kind of support do providers receive?

We offer comprehensive support to help our providers succeed:

How do I handle communication with travelers?

All communication with travelers happens through our secure messaging system. Once a booking is confirmed, you can communicate directly with the traveler to answer questions, provide additional information, or coordinate meeting details.

The messaging system includes translation features to help you communicate with international travelers. You'll receive notifications for new messages via email and in your provider dashboard.
